These terms govern your use of FourStackLabs and the software products we offer as SaaS subscriptions or on-premise licenses.

By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to abuse the infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
SaaS subscriptions are billed per period (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices may change with prior notice. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable for periods already started.
On-premise licenses are granted per the purchased plan. They include the right to use the software on your own infrastructure for the contracted period and number of users; ownership of the software is not transferred.
The software, brand and content of FourStackLabs belong to it or its licensors. You acquire no rights beyond the license to use described in these terms.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, FourStackLabs will not be liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. After termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period.
These terms are governed by the applicable law in the FourStackLabs jurisdiction, without prejudice to any applicable consumer rights.
